Hi Heather

Just to let you know I have recently been on a business trip to our Cape Town office and was in touch with a good friend, Owner of Muratie Wine Estate.

I must say if there are any people from our side going down to that part of the world over Christmas, etc they should definitely take their bikes for a spin on the Simonsberg Trails from the Muratie Wine Estate. There is some of the most incredible single track and at R50 a day its not badly priced. The tracks are managed by Dirtopia and kept in top shape. Even better is a visit to the Muratie Farm Kitchen after a good ride for a great breakfast.

I believe sections of these trails will be used in next years Cape Epic. Please can you put some info up on your social media.

Tubeless tires have become pretty much standard on higher-end mountain bikes, thanks partly to the fact that they're able to self-seal small punctures. When it comes to larger holes, however, they need a little help. That's why award-winning South African competitive cyclist Stefan Sahm created the Sahmurai Sword. The two-part system utilizes the same type of sticky "worms" used on punctures in tubeless car tires.
