With the weekends festivities over, we can look back to a great weekend of outdoor activities. Ranging from trail running, Multi Sport sports events and last but certainly not least MTBiking. With a host of of great results from our local athletes. Justin Porteous [Future Boy] finishing 3rd overall in the Time Freight Multi sport event. Burry Stander winning the 45km in an unbelievable time of 1hr41min just over 3mins on 2nd place Craig Paul. The next Bundu Basher to cross the line was Evan Van Der Spuy in 10th overall and 1st in his age group, followed closely by Nick Porteous in a time of 1hr 55min. In the ladies Race Charise Taylor crossed the line in 1st place followed by Candice Neethling in 2nd. Hayley Smith was 4th overall and 1st in her age group followed by Nicola Freitas in 2nd in her age group. Danie Otto finished 3rd Vet,Nataschka Mowat crossed the line in 1st place in Vet ladies. Charles Stander was the 1st Masters man home with Nicky Smith coming home in 3rd in the masters.Grand Masters was won by none other than John Mowat. Dave Kinsey finished 3rd Grand Masters which was an excellent result considering that this was his first 45km race.

This Thursday will be a ride leaving Dura Cycles at 3pm.We will ride medium/fast pace so feel free to come along. Saturday morning ride leaving Dura Cycles 6:30am.With 4 groups on the MTBikes and 2 road groups, all are welcome.
This Sunday is the Glengary MTB race.With a new track and great single track riding, would be a good race to attend.
