Inter Schools Mtb Race

With the end of the year well on its way, the calls are starting to come in with regards to December/January rides.  With the Urban rage being the next event on the calender its recommended to get an entry in because this is a great challenge and is a festive day with our fellow MTBikers.  The FeverX MTB challenge is now set and ready, with a 45km, 25km and a 12km the whole family has something to do.  Go to www.feverx.co.za to get details and to enter.

There will be no ride this Thursday but Saturday morning ride will be leaving Dura Cycles at 6:30am, with 3 MTB groups and 2 road groups everyone is welcome to come along.

If you are up for the challenge, go check out a 3 day ride happening this December from ingeli Forest lodge to the coast.check it out on www.Duraventures.co.za.
Being the silly season coming up, riding is always a problem, with the roads busy and the boozz flowing, please be careful and alert on your rides. Feel free to call me on 0393157359 to check what rides are happening and were to meet.

Well done to all the schools who took part in last weeks interSchools MTBike race. With over 80 childen descending on the Bundu Bashers Short Course at Douglas Mitchell we new we would be in for some great riding.  Thanks To everyone who helped and we look forward to the future MTbike rides with our local schools.

That’s it for this week.

Remember to keep your chains cleaned and lubed, this not only prolongs the life of your Drive chain but also improves shifting preformance and all round a more pleasant ride.

God Bless
Jono Downham
